Writing always came naturally to Couture whether in the form of essays, music, poetry or articles. During Couture's formative years she wrote poetry which she compiled into a poetry book called "Juxtaposition" by age 16. In more recent years she has written reflection pieces as a guest writer for Complex Magazine and Equate Magazine, and has continued to write poetry which she will be releasing as part of her debut music album "Growing Pains"
